i liked the breakfast content. the hotel provided a sufficient variety to avoid monotony throughout the week. food ordered through room service tasted good too.

some staff at the reception lacked friendliness but many others were cooperative and helpful. it was inconsistent

The room had generous space and a great bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Overall cleanliness was excellent. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to many restaurants. I found the breakfast to be plentiful and varied.

a few issues impacted my stay.

broken bathroom bin worn carpet

the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

the room i booked, a beautiful double room, was not properly cleaned. i found a used coffee cup on the balcony, and the carpet looked quite worn. the bathroom bin was also broken, quite annoying. it really detracted from the experience.

The room was spacious. It included a coffee machine and coffee pads. The staff were helpful and friendly .

The in-room fridge did not cool properly. There were no irons in the rooms, and I had to request one. I also noticed a loud buzzing sound, possibly from the AC, at all hours.

the staff was friendly and helpful . my room was spacious, and it included good air conditioning. the location was central, i could walk to most places of interest easily.

The room cleanliness could have been better. I noticed an old coffee mug on the balcony. the bathroom bin was broken, quite inconvenient. the carpet in the room wasn't ideal either.
